Hi, I’m Amanda; your Richmond VA Pet & Equine Photographer and meaningful heirloom art creator. And that’s Hannah and Lady with me! Being a pet mom myself, I know how fast time goes by and how important it is to document these special moments for your entire family. Everything from the excitement of bringing your new family member home; to those fun-loving and often goofy moments of getting to know them; to the slower moments when you cherish the time you have left. It’s important to tell your story - and our pets are such a big part of those stories that they deserve their own chapters. Let’s tell your story in a beautiful, authentic and tangible way so you’ll have these memories forever.
This is when we will get together and discuss all of the exciting details for your session. From selecting a location, session type, talking about your wardrobe to getting to know more about you and your pet, this is where the customization starts. We will talk about goals and how you would like to enjoy your images in your home.

Photo Session
This is the fun part. Your job is to enjoy time with your pet/horse/family. Your pet or horses job is to be themselves and have a good time. Armed with their favorite treats, lots of praises and a few other tricks to get their attention, leave it up to me to capture the bond you have.
This might be the most exciting part! This is when you get to see all of your amazing photos. (I know they will be amazing because you and your pet are amazing.) Come to my west end studio to see your images on the big screen! You’ll choose the perfect most meaningful images that will work best in your home. We will select finishes and options for you to enjoy your collection of images in the way that’s best for you.

Enjoy!
Now you get to sit back, relax and enjoy! I will retouch all of your final images (remove leashes, leads, stray hairs etc.) and send them off to be printed by the finest professional print labs. While we wait for your artwork to arrive you will receive a digital gallery filled with all of your selected images as social media ready digital files. When your artwork arrives, I will deliver it to you (and install wall art if necessary in the Richmond area).
